Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce Celebrates Ribbon Cutting and Anniversary of Haven Real Estate Collective

The Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce proudly joined Haven Real Estate Collective in celebrating the company’s anniversary and official ribbon cutting ceremony, recognizing the firm’s continued growth and commitment to providing a boutique, relationship-driven approach to real estate throughout Hunterdon County and the surrounding region.

Founded by Teresa Trigas-Pfefferle, Haven Real Estate Collective was established with a vision to offer a more intentional and client-focused alternative to the increasingly transactional nature of today’s real estate industry. The boutique brokerage specializes in distinctive homes, lifestyle-driven properties, and highly personalized representation, while also offering property management and project management services that support clients long after the closing table.

“I’m fifth-generation Hunterdon County, so this community has always been personal to me,” said Teresa Trigas-Pfefferle, broker-owner and founder of Haven Real Estate Collective. “After years inside increasingly corporate real estate models that prioritized volume over people, I knew I wanted to build something different. Haven became a way to honor my roots here while offering clients a more thoughtful, curated approach to buying and selling homes — boutique by design.”

With more than 24 years of industry experience, Trigas-Pfefferle has served in leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels of organized real estate, including as President of her local Board of Realtors and as a voting Director with the National Association of Realtors. Her professional background includes brokerage leadership, agent development, relocation services, investment properties, and complex residential transactions throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In 2025, Trigas-Pfefferle earned the New Jersey Realtors® Gold Level Circle of Excellence distinction and was also honored with the organization’s Lifetime Distinguished Sales Award.

Today, Haven Real Estate Collective continues to distinguish itself through direct oversight, strategic representation, and a highly personalized level of client care.

“Many people assume a larger brokerage automatically creates an advantage when selling a home,” Trigas-Pfefferle said. “In reality, what often matters more is the level of oversight, strategy, and direct involvement behind the representation. We chose to remain boutique by design, so our clients receive a more intentional and hands-on experience from start to finish.”

The firm is widely recognized for representing homes closely tied to lifestyle and sense of place, including farms, river towns, acreage properties, and architecturally distinctive homes. Through its additional property management and project management services, Haven also helps clients steward and improve their properties beyond the real estate transaction itself.

Christopher J. Phelan, President & CEO of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, congratulated Haven Real Estate Collective on its anniversary and ribbon cutting celebration.

“Haven Real Estate Collective represents the entrepreneurial spirit and community commitment that continue to make Hunterdon County a wonderful place to live, work, and invest,” said Phelan. “Teresa and her team have built a business centered on relationships, professionalism, and personalized service, and we are proud to celebrate this exciting milestone with them. The Chamber is honored to welcome and support businesses like Haven that contribute to the strength and vibrancy of our local economy.”

The anniversary celebration reflects Haven Real Estate Collective’s continued commitment to delivering a grounded, relationship-focused real estate experience for clients throughout Hunterdon County and beyond.
