Description

Instructor: Laura Tarlowski, Superintendent of Recreation

This low impact activity is open to all ages but designed for those 55 years and older. We will start with a half mile walk around the fields of Deer Path Park followed by a twenty to thirty minutes stretching session using a variety of seated and standing positions.

Ages: 5 through Adult | All children must be accompanied by an adult that is also registered for the program.
