Discover two fascinating museums in Trenton! At the New Jersey State Museum, explore over two million artifacts spanning natural and cultural history, archaeology, ethnography, and fine art. We will also enjoy a show at the state-of-the-art Planetarium, featuring an 8K projection system that brings everything from ancient Mayan astronomy to Mars exploration to life. Finally we will visit the Trenton City Museum in historic Cadwalader Park, home to an impressive collection of locally made ceramics and decorative arts celebrating Trenton’s rich industrial past. Admission to both museums is free (donations appreciated). Bring a bag lunch and drink to enjoy in the museum cafeteria.
