Description

Experience the joy of trail running with “Let’s Try Trail Running,” a program welcoming to both beginners and seasoned runners alike! Each weekly group run will be filled with exploring scenic trails and embracing the outdoors. Most runs are planned to be between 2.5 to 4 miles. The terrain will vary from technical and steep to flat and comfortable. Whether you're new to trails or a seasoned runner seeking a change of scenery or some camaraderie, lace up your shoes, and let the adventure begin. You can sign up for just one run, or commit to every week. All paces are welcome, but participants should be comfortable jogging continuously for at least 30 minutes.
