eco-adventure through the Sedge Islands, where pristine brackish waters pulse with life—from lively mudflats to soaring osprey nesting platforms. Uncover the fascinating history of Island Beach State Park and soak in the breathtaking serenity of Barnegat Bay. For lunch, we’ll stop at the local beachfront food court, or you can enjoy your own packed picnic. To wrap up our exploration, we’ll visit the nature center and take a short, shaded walk through stands of bayberry and beach plum.
