Many County parks feature trail “stems” that don’t form loops—but these paths lead to some of the most peaceful, lesser-known corners of the parks. Join us for a series of one-way hikes along these less-traveled routes. Hikes will be moderately difficult and may include water crossings, tall grasses, uneven stone fields, and slopes. Group size is limited, as a shuttle will transport participants from the meeting point to the trailhead. Each hike will cover 2–3 miles; actual times may vary. Please dress for the weather and trail conditions, and bring a snack and at least a quart of water.
