Firefly Walk

Description

Ages: 6 through Adult | All children must be accompanied by an adult that is also registered for the program.

Being outside in summer as dusk sets in is magical! On a guided nature walk, watch fireflies wake up and signal to each other! Learn about the lifecycle of fireflies, how and why they produce light, and how you can help them. We will also look and listen for other nocturnal insects and animals. Expect to walk one mile on a flat gravel trail.
